COST REDUCTION LIGHTING SOLUTIONS

Energy Efficient Optieo Induction lights save more then 60% compared with HID light systems, and 20% more than other induction lights on the market. The Optieo induction light has better Lumen Maintenance and the best ownership costs available. Induction Lights operate at a very low temperature, which produces little heat, reduces air conditioning/refrigeration costs, which will result in increased production efficiency. Induction Lighting is a more efficient fluorescent lamp without electrode’s spark, as they use magnetic induction to entice phosphors inside the sealed tube, instead of the fluorescent’s ignition by a sparked electrode. With no spark, the gas sealed in the tube is not being consumed, making the induction lighting virtually maintenance free, with a rated life span of 100,000 Hrs. By producing little heat more efficient phosphors are utilized in the tube, thus further increasing the efficiency. Using Optieo Induction Lighting will offer you a fast ROI, and years continued savings! Read More

The LEC (Lighting Energy Control) is a unique patented device, which electronically operates a micro multi stage voltage reduction system (a ratio of 0.081 for every stage) that was purposely developed for this application. The LEC is controlled by a microprocessors system, aided by an astronomic clock and 4 adjustable time zones, adjustable up to 60V. The LEC is an active Voltage Stabilizer + - 1%, with insignificant self-consumption of about 1%. The LEC reduces the power consumption by up to 35% with a minor reduction of visual perception subject to the engineering conditions that are to be accurately surveyed in order that power reduction levels can be guaranteed .The LEC creates smooth lighting operations with no harmonics disturbances. ENERGY MANAGEMENT

Intelligent Peak Load Control The Emacx Demand Control is the art of Intelligent Peak Load Control (IPLC) to avoid demand peaks and their associated expense in a facility without jeopardizing operations. The basic approach of the demand management system involves leveling of the integrated kW fluctuations inherent in the operation in any group of equipment. The demand controller is capable of distinguishing between unnecessary demand peaks and actual needed energy consumption. Dynamic calculations with specially developed algorithms allow a non- jeopardizing operation at all times. The dynamic calculation always compares the instantaneous power consumption with the residual power output value (see graph below). The residual output value is a theoretical value indicating the maximum added kW consumption possible to maintain the 15 or 30 minute kW average at the end of each utility interval. With that algorithm, the system is capable at any given time to distinguish between necessary and unnecessary demand peaks, and therefore initiate curtailment action if necessary or none particularly at the end of 15 / 30 period. This further prevents unnecessary switching or load cycling that can cause equipment damage. Read More

The SKALAR is a computer and electronic system, installed into a small box, the size of a shoe box, fitted at each of the locations of an organization (each building or school) , which has 6 inlets for collecting analog and digitally measured information within the building . It can measure: electricity, water, and natural gas or any other measurable object. As the SKALAR is a computer (Java data base) , it does all the calculations that are predicted by Management and are programmed in to it, before transmitting the data by a secured method of communications to the central office ( all the SKALARS from all of the buildings transmit into a main server fitted with a program called EnerGo). The Skalar’s transmission is done through one of its two outlets available (the other outlet can transmit to any other location i.e. the utility).

The transmitted data from all of the Skalar’s locations is then collected continuously in real time, into the analyzing and bench marking computer program called "Energo" which is installed at the head office server . Together they compose the system. The system allows Management "to see in real time" each measurable activity in all of the locations , create benchmarking between the measured items and between the locations, and find out where the excessive use accrues , thus allowing the Energy Team to identify the priority locations and causes of the excessive use. Corrective measures can then be undertaken in the appropriate locations, resulting in effective reduction of consumption.
